This Cookies Policy forms part of the Legal Texts and Privacy Policy available at the website http://www.bipicar.com, which governs the terms and conditions regarding the use of BIPI’s platform (hereinafter the “Platform”) owned by BIPI MOBILITY S.L.U. (hereinafter “BIPI”) with Tax ID B87742383, registered address at Calle Orense 81, 5º. 28020, Madrid and email address for privacy purposes gdpr@bipicar.com.

The Access and navigation in the Platform or the use of its services involves the acceptance of the terms and conditions of these legal texts and the Privacy Policy.

In order to ease navigation through the Platform, BIPI informs that it uses cookies and other similar functionality files (hereinafter, “Cookies”).

In any case we inform you that BIPI shall be responsible for the Cookies and treatment of data obtained from them deciding on the purpose, content and use of treatment of the information collected.

  1. What is a Cookie?

Cookies are files which contain small amount of information downloaded to the devices of users when they visit a website only related to an anonymous user and its computer and do not provide evidence which may allow access to the user’s personal information.

According to permanence:

  • Session: They remain during access and navigation in the Pltaform, they are deleted once the user abandons the Platform.

Those cookies considered essential for Platform navigation as they ease the use of features and tools by the user such as for example, identifying the session, access to restricted areas, guaranteeing a secure navigation. Without these cookies the features mentioned would be disabled. Therefore, these cookies will be activated by defect and cannot be set up by the user.
